The Fauborg restaurant is located in the original wing of the hotel which once housed the monastery and has been beautifully restored. The brickwork arches and dark wood creates a cosy space and the large windows look out across the gardens. Weather permitting, meals can be served on the sunny terrace. Dinner offers a wide selection of options from 19:00 to 22:30. Whether it's a quick bite on the run, or a relaxed dinner with friends the menu caters for all occasions. Enjoy a chilled drink from the bar to accompany your meal. The breakfast buffet has an appetizing selection of fresh fruits, juices, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries and cereals. Full breakfast is always on the menu, with a delicious choice of freshly cooked food. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00 Monday to Friday and between 07:00 and 11:00am at weekends.
