Eurohostel is one of the biggest hostels in Finland that operates throught the year. It's conveniently located right next to the Katajanokka sea terminal, only a short walk from main places of interest, shopping centres, cosy cafes and restaurants of city centre.
This hostel offers a great base for exploring the city and saving money at the same time. It offers comfortable rooms with shared facilities - all floors have separate showers and toilets for men and women. Cheerful and professional staff, good location and reasonable prices - that's how Eurohostel can be described in short!
Rooms
Eurohostel offers 135 rooms, all clean, comfortable and in a nice condition. All rooms can be divided into 2 main categories - budget class Backpakers rooms and modern Eurohostel rooms.
Backpackers rooms have table, chair (s), single bed (s), lockable wardrobe (s). These rooms offer a real backpackers atmosphere - there is nothing new but maybe a poster left by a previous guest. The following rooms are available in this category: single (9 sq m), twin (14 sq m), triple (19 sq m), family (19 sq m, can fit a family of 2 parents and 4 children not older than 15 years) rooms.
Eurohostel rooms have table, chair(s), single bed(s), lockable wardrobe(s) and television with PayTV channels. These rooms have been recently renovated, have new walls and floors, as well as improved sound isolation and new furniture. The following rooms are available in this category: single (9sq m), twin (14 sq m), triple (19 sq m) and family (19 sq m, can fit a family of 2 parents and 4 children not older than 15 years) rooms.
Dining
Eurohostel has a cosy restaurant called Katajanmarja. It a place where a breakfast is served daily from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. You can also enjoy your dinner there with à la carte menu.
Taste one of the traditional Finnish beers here - the restaurant is believed to have a nice collection!
