The Art Nouveau villa of the Carola hotel, family-run for 80 years, is located in a central location next to the pretty Rupertuspark. Due to its close location to Austria the hotel is an ideal starting point for excursions to Salzburg.
The hotel has a well-tended garden with a sunbathing lawn, offers an extensive breakfast to start the day with and is run with personal and friendly service.
Look forward to comfortably furnished rooms, most of which provide guests with a pleasant balcony.
A convenient 200 metres away you will find the tourist information hall, the spa gardens with graduation house and the Rupertus thermal baths.

Bad Reichenhall, the healing spa resort in the Bavarian Alps, provides a wealth of sights and attractions to visit, such as the old salt mines, the Brunnhaus, the salt museum, the Gruttenstein Palace with its gunpowder room and the local history museum.
There are also many cultural activities organised in the town, such as theatre productions, opera, operetta and symphony concerts, which provide great entertainment and some unforgettable hours.
The largest pedestrian area of south-west Bavaria begins right at the Town Hall square. In front of the old Town Hall you will find a weekly market, and the area is littered with interesting little cafes, restaurants and boutique shops to browse.
Explore the area via the well-tended hiking trails, some of which lead to the Thumsee Lake, which is a very pleasant place to go bathing in the summertime. Alternatively, discover the area by bike, have a game of tennis or golf, try out water sports such as kayaking. Get some thrills in wintertime on the great pistes of the area, try out ice-skating or even curling.

Arriving by car:
- Leave the Munich-Salzburg motorway at Bad Reichenhall
- Follow the main road to Bad Reichenhall and head towards the "Kurgebiet" (health resort)
- Continue past the railway station and the "Kurgastzentrum", and turn right into Luitpoldstraße at the traffic lights
- Turn right into Weißstraße, and the hotel is the second building you come to, on the corner Weißstraße / Friedrich-Ebert-Allee
