Rooms
The Hempel Hotel, London, has 35 guestrooms, all of which are individually designed. All have natural colors, such as honey, beige, and flax, or darker shades, including dove gray, slate, and black. Handleless floor to ceiling doors lead to the bathrooms and wardrobes. Bathrooms are also individual and range from the traditional Japanese-style stone tub, to the sunken tub and the free-standing tub.
Dining
The Restaurant - Situated in the basement and accessed by a dark low-lit Perspex staircase, the hotel’s restaurant is tucked away from London's hustle and bustle. Features a seasonal menu with the best of British and European hand-picked ingredients from independent suppliers. Signature dishes include Pan Fried Scottish Diver Scallops with Globe Artichoke Puree, Jerusalem Artichoke Foam, and Grain Mustard Jelly. Advance bookings recommended. Open 7 PM - 10 PM. Closed Sunday evenings.
Conference & Meeting Rooms
The hotel has a range of facilities for meetings, events, photo shoots, and product launches. It can cater from a private meal for two in the Jade Room, a private room next to The Restaurant, to a garden party for 400. No 17 is a ground floor meeting space with a terrace overlooking the Zen Garden.
