The Hotel is situated in the heart of Bayswater on a quietish side street off the Bayswater Road, just five minutes walk from Hyde Park, and Queensway underground station with its excellent connections to the West End.
Rooms
116 guestrooms, all of which feature tan wood furniture, yellow and blue, or green and pink color schemes, Paisley curtains and bedspreads, blue carpets, and one or two opening windows. Amenities include trouser presses, satellite television, and in-room safes. Bathrooms have bathtubs and shower attachments, white tiles, white or gray bathroom units, and mirrors. Ground floor bathrooms are larger than those on the upper four floors. Only ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible.

The restaurant is located on the lower ground floor, its decor includes subtle oriental influences including screens and an unusual lowered ceiling.
