The property is a historical house dating back from the 15th century combining features of several style, Gothic to Baroque. The famous 17th century painter Peter Brandl was born and lived in the house.

Rooms are spacious. They are nicely and elegantly appointed with antique furniture and restored painted wood-beam ceilings. Bathrooms are modern, but vary in size, some come with bath and some with shower only. Top floor rooms have beautiful views of the Petrin Hills.
