This street’s official name is Via Vittorio Veneto. It’s famous mainly for being mentioned in Federico Fellini’s film ‘Dolce Vita’, which bridges shots to it. Becoming that famous in 1960s-1970s it got attractive for tourists, and as a result, not only numerous cafes and restaurants, but also a number of expensive shops and boutiques.
Later on, a lot of luxurious hotels appeared here, making a real brand of it. You still can visit famous Café de Paris and Harry’s Bar, both immortalised in ‘La Dolce Vita’ movie.
