Without prejudice to the generality of the go4hotels.com Terms & Conditions, the reservation for and purchase of products and/or services from go4hotels.com are subject to the following terms and conditions and other terms imposed by our partners or affiliates from time to time. By effecting a reservation for or purchase of any product and/or service with go4hotels.com, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Purchase specified in this Agreement and the respective partner/affiliates' terms as the case may be.

By effecting a reservation or purchase, you also represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age and capacity to create binding legal obligations in relation to the access and use of our products and/or services. All information supplied by you is true, current, complete and accurate.

Availability of Products and Services

You acknowledge that the availability of the products and/or services on this website does not constitute an offer by Go4hotels & and/or its partners and affiliates. Acceptance of any request for the products and/or services made by you is purely at the discretion of go4Hotels and/or its partners and affiliates.

In the event the products and/or services described cannot be provided due to delays or any other reason beyond the control of Go4hotels , Go4hotels will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative comparable products and/or services. Where the product and/or service provided is either not available or our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

You must ensure that you check your email for confirmations and other documents sent as attachements required for your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a functioning email address which you can receive communication from go4hotels. No refunds will be made for any errors on the part of the customer not receiving our communications due to misdirected or un received email.

Cancellations

Each Hotel has specific Cancellation policy set out for each offer and room type,  please check the terms link next to the room type on the hotel availability page.

If No policy is specified our General Terms apply: 

If no specific policy is provided our standard terms are applied: Cancellations must be made in accordance with the rules and policies set by the individual hotel or product supplier booked, as displayed at the time of booking and on your booking vouchers. All hotels participating in advertising and various discounted programmes are provided on Special offers basics and are cancelled as per 'Special offers' terms.

Otherwise our standard cancellation policy will apply: Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise 100% of the total fee will be charged as cancellation fee. 'No-shows' and stays that are cut short will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. This payment of the fee is not contingent on the hotels/resorts' occupancy on the dates on which the cancellation or no-show occurred.  Depending on establishment booked the first night accommodation charge plus 7% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations.

All refunds for cancellations or amendments  will be at the discretion of go4Hotels.com

In any case, if you fail to render full payment or accept our suggested alternative product and/or service (where applicable) by the specified due date, go4hotels.com reserves the right to cancel your reservation and recover any costs incurred in so doing.

Amendments or cancellations to confirmed bookings, go4hotels.com / go4hotels.com reserves the right to apply an amendment fee of upto €80 Euros per amendment. If received less than 72 hours prior to 00:00 local time of the date of Client's arrival is subject to cancellation fee equal to 100 % of all ordered services for the first day including accommodation, transfers, excursions, meals etc.  

Any changes and/or cancellations and/or issues must be communicated directly with go4travel customer service, in writing, we cannot be held accountable for any mis-information or other problems arising from customers contacting or dealing directly with the hotel or property owners.  In the event of any problems due to this full charges will be applied to your account and cannot be refunded.  

Bookings are made in the name of the Cardholder must be present at check-In. We cannot accept responsibility for check in errors due to bookings being made in incorrect names. Or cardhloders not present at check-in, unless prior agreement has been made.

Special Offers and bookings made with discount vouchers are non refundable.

Rates and Prices

Prices shown are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Peak period surcharges and minimum night stays may apply depending on your reservation dates.
All bookings include a Non Refundable 7% fee to cover bank and admin fees, in addition to the cancellation and refunds policy.

Unless otherwise stated on the Hotels own policy statement on the booking page, the rates quoted are subject to local government and goods & service taxes as applicable. You agree to pay all local and other governmental taxes due for rental and services. All amounts quoted are exclusive of such taxes unless otherwise stated.

Currency

Where applicable, you may make payment for your reservation in any one of the currencies indicated. The applicable exchange rates of the supported currencies shall be determined at the sole discretion of go4hotels.com. go4hotels.com shall not be held liable for any exchange rate losses incurred by you as a result of any transaction effected.

Payments

Payment with a credit card is required to make a reservation. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. The credit card selected for payment will be charged for the total price for the reservation. Any changes to reservations will be subject to the applicable package price at the time of change.

When you request for a product or service provided by the go4hotels and/or its partners and affiliates which is subject to confirmation, you irrevocably authorize go4hotels.com to automatically charge your credit card upon confirmation of the availability of the product or service at the quoted rate.

You must make payment for the product or service you have requested in full using your selected mode of payment by the indicated due date (where applicable) which will be notified to you. The due date varies for each product or service. If you fail to make full payment by the relevant due date in respect of a reservation of any product and/or service, your reservation will be cancelled automatically and applicable cancellation charges will be billed to you.

If requested, we require a signature form to be signed to back up your online payment and this must be returned to us within 24 hours of being requested otherwise your reservation will be cancelled automatically and applicable cancellation charges will be billed to you.

Travel Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary papers and visas required for travel. Please ensure you have a valid passport for the duration of your trip, obtain a valid visa (if required) and comply with any applicable immigration laws for your entry and stay at your destination.

Where transportation is not specifically included in the package, it is your sole responsibility to arrange for transportation to bring you to/from the resort/apartment. go4hotels.com will not be held liable for any delays or failures arising. In any case, you will be subject to go4travel  standard cancellation and refund policies at all times.

Transfer services

The driver will wait at the prescribed place and time. Waiting time will be limited to 1 hour after your pre arranged time. Transfers are non-refundable unless changes to your travel plans are made in writing by fax, email or sms text no later than 24 hours before the prescribed service start time. In any case you be subject to the standard cancellation and refund policies at all times.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made at the discretion of go4hotels.com only if:

1. The product and/or service provided by go4hotels.com and/or its partners and affiliates has been fully paid for; is not available; and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or

2. You cancel your reservation with go4hotels.com and/or its partner and affiliates within the time period permitted for refunds as stipulated above or in our confirmation to you (whichever is longer).

No refunds will be made on unused or partially used features and services.

Reservations Disclaimer

The rates quoted are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges, and may be changed without prior notice. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservation. The prices quoted do not include international or domestic air transportation; passport or visa handling; travel insurance; airport and port taxes; items of a personal nature; excess baggage charge, and gratuities; food and drink, room service, laundry or any other additonal items unless otherwise stated. Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout their stay. go4hotels.com shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of such goods howsoever caused.

Your credit card details may be passed on to the respective hotels/resorts to secure/guarantee your reservation. Should a deposit be required, the amount will be debited by go4hotels.com. Please note that your reservation requests are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email or fax from go4hotels.com with a reference number and the rates confirmed by the hotel when all the components of your reservations have been finalized.

You grant us access to Hotel check information collected by Hotels booked via us in order to verify use of services and in case of charge backs and to provide our Bank with the relevant documentation to prevent fraud and in full accordance with our privacy policy.  we only share this data with those companies directly required to complete your booking and the Bank for payment confirmation.

Claims and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotels.

Use and Care of Premises

By choosing to use go4hotels.com services, you agree:

1.  To take care of the premises and to keep them in a clean condition,

2.  To make no alterations or additions to the premises,

3.  To ensure that nothing is done that might prejudice any insurance that go4hotels.com has in relation to the premises,

4.  To ensure that rubbish or waste matter is not accumulated in the premises and to ensure that all refuse and rubbish is regularly      removed in conjunction with the cleaning services provided,

5.  To comply with any reasonable house rules or regulations that go4hotels.com may from time to time adopt for the good and efficient management of the premises.

You also agree to pay for any damage to the premises resulting from neglect, omission or a deliberate or careless act or a breach of any condition of the house rules or regulations by you or any person who enters or is upon the premises with your consent or sufferance.

Use of Equipment

You agree to use any equipment or device provided for your use by go4hotels.comin regard to its proper, common use, and not to use the equipment in such a way as to cause the equipment damage or to disable the use of such equipment. You additionally agree not to damage or mistreat any equipment provided by Hotels. You also agree to pay for any damage to the equipment provided by go4hotels.com if it was found to have resulted from neglect, omission or a deliberate or careless act or a breach of any condition of the house rules or regulations by you or any person who enters or is upon the premises with your consent or sufferance.

Visa Services

1. go4hotels.com acts as your agent to seek to obtain for you a visa or visa support. In acting as your agent go4travel's responsibilities are to perform its duties at all times with reasonable skill and care and, in particular, to relay in an accurate and timely fashion to the relevant Consulate information provided by you to go4hotels.com.

2. go4hotels.com cannot, and does not, guarantee the provision of a visa or visa support. go4hotels.com cannot influence the relevant Consulate one way or another in whether or not to grant a visa. go4hotels.com acts solely as your processing agent.
go4hotels.com is not responsible for any visa which has supplied being sufficient to enable you to enter or leave the country in respect of which the seeming visa has been granted, or visa support which has supplied being sufficient to enable you to apply for a visa. go4hotels.com will merely provide back to you that which it receives from the relevant Consulate or issuing authority. It is your responsibility to check the validity and application of the visa or visa support provided by the Consulate or issuing authority, and not go4hotels.com.

3. go4hotels.com will rely entirely upon information as supplied by you, and its accuracy or otherwise. go4hotels.com cannot and will not, check any information supplied by you.

4. go4hotels.com is not responsible to you for any consequential loss, damage or expense which you incur as a result of failure to obtain a visa and/or any difficulties in travel caused by any particular visa; examples of such loss, damage or expense for which go4travel is not responsible include wasted travel costs, any refunds to airlines or hotels and any claims for loss of enjoyment and/or any claims for lost or wasted business opportunities or expenses. go4travel is not responsible for any events or circumstances beyond its control, including postal strikes, the acts or omissions of any third parties (including Consulates and delivery services), political unrest, terrorism, change in political circumstances, any event which may impact upon the grant by any country of a visa or other similar events or circumstances.

5. It can take a minimum of 4–6 weeks to obtain a visa from Russia, the Ukraine or Belarus. It is your responsibility to ensure that you leave sufficient time for an application for a visa. go4travel will not advise you about the length of time it will take to obtain a visa and, upon your request to obtain a visa, will simply process that in the normal way and accepts no, and has no, responsibility for any subsequent failure on your part to obtain a visa.

6. All Visa services are Non Refundable.
Devlivery Services are the responsibility of the Courier company and we do cannot guarantee any delivery or the time in which it will arrive.

7. Visa Vouchers must be used within 30 days of issue to avoid expiry. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded

Additional Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All transactions concluded on this website is on a caveat emptor basis, you are advised to make your own independent inquiries in respect of the products and services provided.

go4hotels.com act in the capacity of a agent and is purely responsible for arranging the products or services indicated. go4hotels may work with various partners and/or affiliates for the provision of transportation, escorted tours, sightseeing arrangements and lodging accommodations.

You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified go4hotels.com from and against all claims, demands, writs, summonses, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, orders, decrees, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever which go4hotels.com may suffer or incur arising from any reservation or reservation requested by you and/or any breach of any term or condition by you. In addition, you agree that neither go4hotels.com nor its agent(s) shall be held liable for, and you agree to waive any claim against go4hotels.com and its agent(s) for any loss of or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission, of any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any persons, rendering any of the products or services included in the package. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages.

In the event the services or accommodations described cannot be provided due to delays or any other reason beyond the control of go4hotels.com, go4hotels.com will exercise all reasonable efforts to arrange alternative comparable services or accommodations. However, go4hotels.com will not be liable for, and customer hereby waives any claim against go4hotels.com, for any failure of performance by any other transportation company, lodging property, agency or any other third party providing services hereunder.

go4hotels.com reserves the right to, without any liability to you whatsoever, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, terminate your account or refuse to give effect to any reservation requested by you without being required to give any reasons or advance notice to you.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the liability of go4hotels.com shall in no event exceed, in aggregate, US Dollars Five Hundred only. The disclaimer and limited liability of go4hotels.com as set out in this Agreement are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and go4hotels.com, and you agree that go4hotels.com would not otherwise be able to offer the products and services on its present basis without such limitations. This clause shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THIS WEB SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. Hotels and Suppliers Access
Access to this site is restricted to end users only we prohibit without written approval for hotels, their agents, 3rd party price comparison companies or any other organisation or individual to access our servers to check , verify or compare rates on behalf of the Hotel. Price fixing or anti-competitive actions will not be tolerated. A access fee of up to £5000 will be levied for breaching this clause or forfeit of any moneies paid to go4travel in lieu of this charge.
Travel Destinations
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. go4hotels.com urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the UK Government and or United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov. BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, go4hotels.com DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

Force Majure
go4hotels.com shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by go4hotels.com in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

Any provision of this Agreement which is invalid, prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall:

1. Be ineffective in that jurisdiction to the extent of the invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability;

2. Not invalidate the remaining provisions of this Agreement; and

3. Not affect the validity of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
